Tanmai is the CEO of Hasura.io, a company he co-founded to develop software to simplify and accelerate application development. Hasura has seen exponential growth with over 400 million downloads of its platform since its commercial introduction in 2018. Enterprises & fast growing startups such as Airbus, Philips, United Health, Pipe, Hightouch and Netlify rely on the platform to build their modern apps. Today the company has over 100 employees across several continents and is continually expanding its team and product portfolio. Before Hasura, Tanmai co-founded 34 Cross, a software development and consulting company focused on web & mobile development and helping Fortune 500 companies transition from legacy monolithic to microservices architectures. While at 34 Cross, he incubated two companies developing browser extensions, food delivery and food-finding apps for cities in India. Tanmai holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in computer science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
